Arts Fest Beverly

SATURDAY, JUNE 20th, 2015 from 10-4

Arts Fest Beverly is a free outdoor festival that's fun for the whole family - including over 100 juried fine artists and crafters, music and entertainment, kids' activities, art-on-the-spot creations and local fresh food trucks.

RETURNING EXHIBITORS: If you are a returning artist who has exhibited at Arts Fest within the past 3 years please complete the online registration form below. Note exhibitors that have been to Arts Fest within the past 3 years do not have to be juried, but they do need to register.

Registration for Returning Exhibitors Only

NEW EXHIBITORS: If you are a new exhibitor or you have not attended in the past 3 years, you must be juried and accepted before you can register and pay online. The fee for a 10x10 space is $125.

Step 1: Email artsfest@beverlymainstreets.org with three or more images of your work

Step 2: Fill out the online form in the link below with your contact info and details of your work

Application for New Exhibitors Only

Within 3-4 weeks of us receiving your email, the jury will review your work and we will let you know the jury’s decision. If you are accepted, we will give you the go-ahead to register online. Please note some categories take longer to jury than others, so please be patient with us while the jury is in the review process.

Guidelines: We encourage all fine artists and fine handmade crafters to apply. Artwork will be accepted from the following categories: painting, print, drawing, sculpture, photography and one-of-a-kind and limited edition pieces in baskets, ceramics, jewelry, decorative fiber, wearables, glass, furniture, leather, metal, mixed media, paper and wood. Only limited edition prints of no more than 500 from one source, hand-pulled, signed and numbered by the exhibitor, will be permitted. Prints of photographs made from the exhibitor’s original negative must be limited to an edition of no more than 500 from one image (negative) inclusive of all sizes, signed and numbered by the exhibitor. We also encourage exhibitors to demonstrate their craft in their space. If you sell children’s items, it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) regulations.

If you have any questions, please email Heather Wolsey at artsfest@beverlymainstreets.org.

Note - last year we sold out very early and had to turn away talented artists because we were full. Please register or apply now. Thanks!
