Beverly Main Streets is holding a series of community meetings to share our Downtown 2020 vision to the public.  The meetings are free and open to the public.  During the meeting we will introduce our Downtown 2020 vision and encourage comments from the audience.  We welcome all residents, students, business owners and property owners to share their vision for downtown Beverly with us.

Downtown 2020 is a multi-faceted, multi-year approach to downtown revitalization, based on community input, National Main Streets guidelines and expert guidance.  Focus areas include business retention, new retail business recruitment, transit-oriented development of housing and services, streamlined city processes, infrastructure improvements, marketing, creation of gathering spaces, and celebration of the arts.
