Key Projects in the Works
Today in downtown Beverly, there are several key developments in the works that reflect the renewed commitment to the district:
- Burnham Apartments: Construction is completed for 38 market rate apartments on Rantoul Street
- Residential development at the site of the Enterprise Car Rental office on Rantoul Street with 46 market rate apartments has been proposed and is in the planning stages
- MBTA parking garage: 500-space parking garage on Rantoul Street is scheduled to break ground in 2012 and be completed by the end of 2013
