Paint the Town Red
Thank you to everyone who helped us on February 14th, 2013 to decorate downtown Beverly with red balloons as a reminder that downtown is a great place to celebrate Valentine's Day! We had volunteers blanket Cabot, Elliot and Rantoul streets with balloons. The volunteers go out again the next day to remove any remaining balloons. This is a fun event that we do every year!
